Once you cancel your subscription, there will be no future auto renewals on your account. You may proceed with following the steps below:
Log in to Your Account: Access your Hello Chef account through the app or website.
Navigate to Account Settings: Go to your account settings or subscription page to locate the cancellation option.
Initiate Cancellation: Follow the prompts to complete the process.
We'll appreciate it if you'll tell us why you're exiting and give us feedback on how we can improve our service through our Exit Survey. You will also receive a confirmation email or notification through the app confirming the deactivation of your account.

Before deactivating your account, please check for any upcoming or outstanding orders to avoid unexpected deliveries.
Your account can be reactivated at any time, so you can easily return whenever you’re ready.
