How to cancel my subscription?

Learn how to cancel your Hello Chef subscription

We'd love for you to stay! If you'd rather skip/cancel your deliveries instead of cancelling your subscription, you may check on our skipping article.

Once you cancel your subscription, there will be no future auto renewals on your account. You may proceed with following the steps below:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Access your Hello Chef account through the app or website.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings: Go to your account settings or subscription page to locate the cancellation option.

  3. Initiate Cancellation: Follow the prompts to complete the process.

We'll appreciate if you'll tell us why you're exiting and give us feedback on how we can improve our service through our Exit Survey. You will also receive a confirmation email or notification through the app confirming the deactivation of your account.

Special Notes

  • Before deactivating, check for any outstanding orders to avoid unexpected deliveries.

  • Account closure is reversible, allowing reactivation anytime.
