Hello Chef is a weekly subscription service where you receive a box of fresh ingredients and delicious recipes every week. If you need to manage your meal deliveries due to travel or personal scheduling, Hello Chef allows you to adjust or skip your delivery schedule. If you wish to skip one or multiple weeks, this option is available to you. Just log in to your Hello Chef account and follow the steps below:
Click on "Edit Week"
Click on “Skip Week” to skip your delivery on the selected week
To unskip, simply click on ‘Unskip Week.’ You can also click through your delivery schedule to find a "Resume Deliveries" option, allowing you to streamline the process of reactivating your orders effortlessly.
If you need to skip multiple weeks, you can click through the available dates at the top of the page and repeat steps 1 and 2

Please take note of the scheduled renewal times below. It is important to skip or unskip prior to your scheduled renewal time for the week, at noon, 4 days before your delivery day. You can manage your upcoming deliveries, up to 4 weeks in advance.
It’s always best to inform Hello Chef as early as possible to ensure schedule changes are applied in time. Changes may not reflect immediately unless requested within the operational timelines.

Adjusting Delivery Dates
If a scheduled delivery date needs to be changed, you can request a date adjustment. Simply contact Hello Chef and provide your updated delivery requirements. Our team will check availability and process the changes accordingly.
For long-term pauses, such as during holidays or summer breaks, it’s advisable to clearly communicate your return date to facilitate smooth scheduling.
