How to skip a week/delivery?

Learn how to skip an order/delivery

Going away or just need a week off? No problem — you can skip a week (or several) anytime, straight from your account.

Just log in and follow these steps:

  1. Hit Manage this week

  2. Click Skip Week to skip the delivery for that week

  3. Changed your mind? Just hit Unskip Week

  4. Need to skip a few weeks in a row? Click through the available dates at the top of the page and repeat for each one

You can manage your deliveries up to 4 weeks in advance, so feel free to plan ahead.

Here’s how to skip or unskip your delivery on mobile:

Heads up on timing

Skips and unskips need to be in by noon, 4 days before your delivery day. Anything later won't make it through in time.

The earlier you let us know, the smoother the change — last-minute requests might not reflect in time.

Need to change a delivery date?

You can request a date change anytime — just give us a shout and share your new preferred day. We'll check availability and confirm.

Going away for a holiday or summer break? Let us know your return date so we can plan ahead and have your box ready when you're back.
