While we currently we don't cater to individual ingredient preferences, we do allow you to highlight which main proteins (meat, fish/seafood, or vegan/vegetarian) you don't want us to send you. Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account' and choose your preference from the 'I'd like to avoid' dropdown in the box type section.
