Q- How can I order a market item?
A- Simply view the weekly menu, save your main recipe selections and the market screen will pop-up. If you decide to choose a market item later, you can find and click on the market banner on your weekly menu.

Q- How many market items can I order?
A- You can select a maximum of 3 market items with your order.


Q- How many servings will I receive?

A- The number of servings is different for add-ons and does not follow your box size settings. View or click on the market item to find the number of servings.


Q- When will I receive my market items?

A- You will receive your market items along with your meal box on the scheduled delivery date.


Q- What happens if I cancel or skip my meal box order for the week?

A- If you cancel or skip your meal box order, your market items will also be automatically cancelled. Market items are delivered only along with the meal box and cannot be ordered separately.


Q-How will I be billed for my market items?

A- You'll be charged for your market items along with your weekly recipes. The market item amount will be deducted during the order renewal payment and your card will be charged for both the weekly recipes and the market items you order. You'll receive a unified invoice detailing both the recipes and market items together. Please note, discount codes will not be applied for market items as per our terms of service.


Q- Is ordering a market item mandatory?

A- No, ordering a market item is not mandatory. You have the option to manually select up to 3 every week. Unlike other recipes, market items won't be pre-selected for an upcoming delivery.
