Hello Chef permits customers to reschedule their delivery days and times based on availability. This includes changes to recurring deliveries and one-time modifications under specific conditions.
To make a change for one-week only:
Log in to your Hello Chef Account
Ensure you are viewing the menu for the week when you would like to make a change to your order
Click on 'Edit Delivery'
Select 'Change Day/Time'
Select your preferred delivery day and timeslot
Click 'Confirm' to save changes
To make a change for all future deliveries:
Log in to your Hello Chef account
Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account'
Edit Delivery Window and select your preferred Delivery Time from the dropdown. Please note changes will be effective starting the first delivery after your next automated payment renewal.
Note: When changing your delivery timing, please take note of the scheduled renewal times below. It is important to make the change prior the scheduled renewal time of your preferred delivery day.
Hello Chef enforces a general four-day cut-off period before the scheduled delivery date for all adjustments. However, specific cut-off times based on delivery day are provided in the table below. If the deadline is missed, manual exceptions might sometimes be accommodated under specific circumstances.

If your preferred delivery slot is unavailable, Hello Chef will provide alternative options. For example, in areas with limited delivery availability, your order might be adjusted to the next feasible day.
