It's super easy to do! You may follow the steps below:
To make a change for one-week only:
Log in to your Hello Chef Account
Ensure you are viewing the menu for the week when you would like to make a change to your order
Click on 'Edit Delivery'
Select 'Change Day/Time'
Select your preferred delivery day and timeslot
Click 'Confirm' to save changes
To make a change for all future deliveries:
Log in to your Hello Chef account
Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account'
Edit Delivery Window and select your preferred Delivery Time from the dropdown. Please note changes will be effective starting the first delivery after your next automated payment renewal.
Note: When changing your delivery timing, please take note of the scheduled renewal times below. It is important to make the change prior the scheduled renewal time of your preferred delivery day.
Automated renewal time
Sunday at noon
Monday at noon
Tuesday at noon
Wednesday at noon
Thursday at noon
Friday at noon
