Q- How can I order a dessert add-on?
A- Simply view the weekly menu, save your main recipe selections and the dessert selection screen shall pop-up. If you decide to choose a dessert recipe later, you can find and click on the dessert selection button on the weekly menu.
Q- How many dessert recipes can I order?
A- You can order only 1 of the 2 available dessert recipes.
Q- How many dessert servings will I receive?
A- The dessert recipe box will contain ingredients to prepare 4 to 6 servings of the dessert. For example, if you order a meal box for 2 people, you'll still receive ingredients to prepare 4 to 6 servings of the dessert.
Q- When will I receive my dessert?
A- You will receive your dessert along with your meal box on the scheduled delivery date of the week you selected your dessert in.
Q- What happens if I cancel or skip my meal box order for the week?
A- If you cancel or skip your meal box order, the dessert add-on will also be automatically cancelled. Desserts are delivered only along with the meal box and cannot be ordered separately.
Q- Is the dessert add-on available only with a specific recipe?
A- The dessert add-on can be ordered with any recipe from the weekly menu. It is not limited to specific recipes like our previous dessert offering.
Q- How will I be billed for the dessert add-on?
A- You will be billed separately for the dessert add-on. The dessert amount won't be deducted during the order renewal payment. Your card will be charged separately within a day after the order renewal payment goes through, and an invoice will be shared with you separately.
Q- Will I receive confirmation emails for my dessert add-on order and payment?
A- Yes, upon selecting a dessert add-on, you will receive an order confirmation email. Additionally, once the payment for the dessert add-on goes through, you'll receive a payment completed email.
Q- Is ordering a dessert add-on mandatory?
A- No, ordering a dessert add-on is not mandatory. You have the option to manually select the dessert add-on every week. Unlike other recipes, dessert add-ons won't be pre-selected for an upcoming delivery.
Q- What if I forget to order my dessert before the cut-off time?
A- If you miss ordering your dessert after the cut-off time, you can reach out to our Customer Loyalty Team ([email protected] or call 048254400). within a day after the cut-off period to get the dessert added to your order.
Q- How can I cancel my dessert order?
A- To cancel your dessert order, you have a few options. You can reply directly to the order confirmation email before the payment goes through, contact our Customer Loyalty Team ([email protected] or call 048254400), or click on the dessert selection banner to trigger the selection pop-up and delete the dessert order from there.
