Do you deliver daily?

No, we deliver once a week. All the recipes you've chosen for the week are delivered to you on the same day every week. You can change your delivery day and time anytime as long as it's 4 days before your upcoming delivery.

Are the ingredients delivered in a thermo bag?

Our boxes are made out of recyclable cardboard and are delivered in chilled vans ensuring a constant temperature below 4 degrees celsius.

We highly recommend someone is available at home to receive the box as the recipes need to go in the fridge as soon as possible to ensure their shelf life and freshness is maintained.

What if I'm not home during the delivery?

We will send an SMS as soon as your order is on its way to you. If no one answers the door, your delivery driver will try to call you or WhatsApp you. If he can't reach you he will take the box back to the chilled van to ensure your ingredients remain as fresh as possible. He will continue delivering in the area while our customer loyalty team will try to contact you. As soon as we get in touch we'll agree on a different delivery time that works for you and our delivery team. You can also leave us a note to leave the box at your door if you prefer, just send us an email or call us.

How long will the ingredients last in my fridge?

Usually 3 to 5 days depending on the protein. Most proteins will last 4 days or more in your fridge however we recommend you check the expiry date of the protein as you unpack the box and store your recipes in the fridge. We recommend cooking the protein with the shortest shelf life first.

What if I can't cook all my recipes in time?

Life happens and sometimes we don't have time to cook. In that case you can freeze your fresh proteins. Remember to unfreeze them by placing them in the fridge at least 12 hours before you plan to cook!

Where can I see the shelf life of my recipe as I am selecting online?

We don't have this feature available right now although it is coming soon. It's rare however if you face any shelf life issues you can reach out to our team and we'll make it right.

Are the ingredients frozen?

The majority of our ingredients are fresh with very few exceptions. If an ingredient is frozen it will be labelled as "frozen" or "chilled". We don't recommend re-freezing any ingredients with this label.
