Customise your weeks to suit your schedule

Here's how you can change your box size, delivery day or time for a certain week only.

Change your box size, delivery day, or time for any single week — without touching your default plan.

Life doesn't always run on schedule, and your meal plan shouldn't have to either. Whether you pick your recipes week by week or plan a month ahead, customising deliveries gives you full control over how and when you cook.

What's a customised delivery?

Every week, your box arrives on the same day, at the same time, with the same number of recipes — that's your default delivery.

But if one week looks different — maybe you're heading out of town, or it's a busy stretch and 3 recipes feel more doable than 5 — you can tweak just that week without changing anything else. That's a customised delivery.

How do I customise a delivery?

Easy — just hit Manage this week on your menu. From there, you can change the delivery day, time, or box size for that week only.

You'll spot a small gear icon on the menu navigation bar showing which weeks have been customised. So whether you're checking next week or four weeks ahead, you can see at a glance what's set as default and what's been tweaked.

How do I change my default delivery?

If you want the change to stick for every future box, update your default settings:

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Head to Plan Settings in My Account

  3. Hit Edit Delivery Window and pick your new day or time from the dropdown

Heads up: changes kick in from your first delivery after the next renewal — not the upcoming one.

What else is new?
