Now you have more control over your planning as we’ve improved the visibility of your customised deliveries by adding some icons and markers! Whether you're the type who likes to choose your recipes every week or plan 4 weeks in advance, we hope this change makes it easier for you to manage your subscription.
What's a customised delivery?
Every week you receive your box on a certain day and time with a specified number of recipes. That's referred to as your default delivery time and your default box size.
What if one week you want to receive your box on a different day or time? What if you have a busy week and you want to cook 3 recipes instead of 4 or 5? That's what we call a customised delivery.
How can I customise my delivery?
You can easily customise your delivery by clicking on "edit week" in your menu. In this example, I'm customising my delivery day & time:
You'll notice a new gear icon on the menu navigation bar highlighting my customised week:
If I visit My Menu next week and I look at the menu navigation bar, I can immediately tell which week has a customised delivery and which is a default delivery. You'll see the gear icon in other areas too signifying where you've made a customisation.
How can I change my default delivery?
You can easily update your default delivery by going to ‘My Account’ and scrolling down to ‘Delivery Info’.
To make a change for all future deliveries:
Log in to your Hello Chef account
Go to your Plan Settings in My Account
Edit Delivery Window and select your preferred Delivery Day/Time from the dropdown
Note: Changes will take effect starting with the first delivery after your next automated payment renewal.
