How to change my delivery day & time?

To make a change for one-week only:

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef Account

  2. Ensure you are viewing the menu for the week when you would like to make a change to your order

  3. Click on 'Edit Delivery'

  4. Select 'Change Day/Time'

  5. Select your preferred delivery day and timeslot

  6. Click 'Confirm' to save changes

To make a change for all future deliveries:

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account'

  3. Scroll down to delivery info and click on 'Edit' to change your Delivery Window.

  4. Select your preferred delivery day/time from the dropdown. Please note changes will be effective starting the first delivery after your next automated payment renewal.

How to change my delivery address?

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account'

  3. Scroll down to delivery info and click on 'Edit' to change your Delivery Address.

  4. Edit Delivery Address and fill out the new details. Change will be effective starting the first delivery after your next automated payment renewal. Please email customer service at [email protected] if you are changing the delivery address on a renewed order

Note: When changing your delivery day, timing or address please take note of the scheduled renewal times below. It is important to make the change prior the scheduled renewal time of your preferred delivery day.
