How to change my delivery day, time and address?

Change your delivery day & time

For one week only:

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Open the menu for the week you want to change

  3. Hit Manage this week

  4. Select Customise Delivery

  5. Pick your preferred day and timeslot

  6. Hit Confirm Deliveries to save

For all future deliveries:

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Head to Plan Settings in My Account

  3. Scroll to Delivery Info and hit Edit Delivery

  4. Pick your preferred day and time, then confirm

Heads up: changes for all future deliveries kick in from your first delivery after the next renewal β€” not the upcoming one.

Change your delivery address

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef account

  2. Head to My Account and select Plan Settings

  3. Scroll to Delivery Info and hit Edit Address

  4. Pop in your new details and save

Heads up: any change to your delivery day, time, or address needs to be made before your weekly cutoff β€” 12 noon, 4 days before your delivery day.

Why might my delivery arrive at an unexpected time?

Sometimes we make small tweaks to delivery routes to keep everything running on time β€” which can mean your box arrives a little earlier or later than usual. If that happens, or you get a call from a driver outside your usual window:

  • Check your delivery schedule in your Hello Chef account for any updates

  • Give us a shout and we'll confirm what's going on
