Hello Chef boxes are delivered weekly on your specified delivery day and timing on sign up. Hello Chef also offers flexible delivery rescheduling options to suit your needs, allowing you to modify your delivery schedule conveniently.
You choose your preferred delivery day from Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each day has multiple delivery windows. We will deliver on the day and within the delivery window that you have selected.
There are some restrictions that might apply for Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Ajman, Al Ghadeer, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Sharjah areas.
How to Provide Special Instructions
If you have specific delivery requirements or instructions for the driver, such as a preferred drop-off location or access details, you can notify the driver on the day of the delivery. This ensures a seamless delivery experience tailored to your needs.
