We deliver once a week on your chosen delivery day — you can select from Saturday through Thursday, with multiple time slots available. Dubai customers also have the option to split their order into two deliveries per week at no extra cost, great for keeping ingredients as fresh as possible.
There may be some restrictions for deliveries to Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Ajman, Al Ghadeer, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Sharjah.
You can change your delivery day or time anytime, as long as it's done 4 days before your upcoming delivery.
If you have specific delivery instructions — like a preferred drop-off spot or gate access details — you can add these to your account or contact our Customer Loyalty Team and we'll make a note for your driver.
If no one is home, your driver will try to reach you by call or WhatsApp. Your box will stay in the chilled van to keep your ingredients fresh while our team works to arrange a new time with you.
How long will ingredients last? Most ingredients stay fresh for 3–5 days in the fridge. Check the "cook me by" date on your protein as soon as you unpack, and cook the shortest-dated item first. If life gets busy, you can freeze fresh proteins and thaw in the fridge 12 hours before cooking.
