The preferred way of eating option is there to help you when life gets busy. In case you don't get around to choosing your recipes for the week, we will allocate recipes for you based on your preferred way of eating option, this way you get food that you love in your box every week. However, we do encourage you to take advantage of your new ability to choose from a greater range of delicious recipes! You may follow the steps below to change your default meal plan.

  1. Log in to your Hello Chef Account

  2. Go to your Plan Settings in 'My Account'

  3. Choose your preferred way of eating from the 'I'd like to avoid' drop-down in the 'Box Type' section. This setting will ensure that if you don't select your recipes before the automated payment renewal time, we will allocate recipes for you only from your chosen option
