How to add and manage your 2nd delivery

A step by step guide on splitting your order into 2 deliveries at no extra cost

Adding a second delivery is only available to Dubai and Abu Dhabi deliveries at the moment, we're planning to expand it to other emirates in the near future. Here's how you can add a second delivery to your order at no extra cost:

Step 1: Select your recipes 0:00

  • Select your recipes and add-ons for the week

  • In this example I've selected 6 recipes and 4 add-ons

Step 2: Add a Second Delivery 0:08

  • Click on the 'Add Delivery' button at the top of the screen.

  • Select 'Add a Second Delivery'.

  • Choose your preferred delivery day (e.g., Wednesday) and time (e.g., 6am to 9am).

  • Click 'Confirm Second Delivery'.

Step 3: Review Split Recipes 0:27

  • Your recipes will be automatically split between the two deliveries.

  • You can choose to apply this change for all future weeks or keep it for just this week.

Step 4: Move Recipes Between Deliveries 1:01

  • To move a recipe from one delivery to another, select the recipe (e.g., spicy tamarind prawn and coriander stew) from delivery two.

  • Click on the 'Move to delivery 1' button.

Step 5: Check Delivery Details 1:27

  • Confirm the number of recipes and add-ons in each delivery.

  • Check the delivery dates at the top of the screen (e.g., first delivery on November 3, second on November 5).

Step 6: Manage Delivery Times 1:32

  • Click on 'Manage' to adjust delivery times.

  • Select 'Customize Delivery Date and Time'.

  • Review and change the 1st & 2nd delivery date as needed.

Step 7: Confirm Changes 2:07

  • Click 'Confirm' to save your updated delivery date & time.

  • All the recipes you've selected and moved across deliveries will remain where they are untouched.
