Our meat — quality, sourcing and storage

All our meat is 100% halal, sourced from trusted suppliers who uphold the highest standards of quality and ethical farming. Our beef comes from New Zealand and Australia, where cattle are raised on open pastures and grass-fed before being grain-finished — enhancing the marbling and tenderness you'll notice in every bite.

What makes us different is what happens once the meat arrives. We run our own in-house butchery, which means every cut is prepared fresh by our team — never outsourced, never compromised. We also make our own burgers and artisanal sausages using homemade spice mixes, so what lands in your box is something you genuinely won't find on a supermarket shelf.

Our red meat is completely free from additives, hormones, and preservatives. The shelf life of all our meat is 5 days from delivery when stored properly in the fridge. If you're not cooking it right away, you can freeze it and thaw slowly in the fridge 12 hours before cooking — it'll be just as good.
